The King Has Come to Reclaim His World

On Palm Sunday, we began a new four-part series called Resurrection Life by looking at Matthew 21:1–11. This sermon shows that Jesus did not come merely to help sinners escape the world, but to reclaim it as its rightful King. In His triumphal entry, Jesus publicly announces that the time has come for Him to redeem, restore, and reign over creation. Palm Sunday is not just the beginning of the road to the cross—it is the beginning of the King’s reclaiming of His world.
